Returns Policy

Eyewear Glasses will issue a full refund (minus postage costs) or replacement of goods in all instances where:

  1. prescription glasses/sunglasses are supplied to the wrong prescription specification. 
  2. products ordered by you either within 21 days of the dispatch date do not arrive at the delivery address, so long as the customer selected a 'signed for' delivery method.
  3. Any non-prescription glasses item (Frame Only) is deemed 'not suitable' and has not been damaged in any way. These itmes must be returned within 2 Weeks from receiving them.

 

All prescription glasses orders cannot be refunded in full if you decide later that the fit, colour or style is not suitable, as these are classed as ' personalised/bespoke/made-to-order' items, under the distance selling regulations 2014. In these cases a 50% refund for the cost of your frame will be offered.

When returning a product, we recommend that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office, as we are unable to take responsibility for packages lost in post.

 

Varifocal lens non tolerance warranty

Eyewear Glasses will issue a partial refund for glasses that are returned whereby varifocal lenses have been manufactured and are deemed as 'non tolerant' by us for the customer.

The refund will only be applied to the cost of the varifocal lens, and not the glasses purchased as these cannot be resold. Nor will postal costs be refunded.

In all instances of non tolerance, we must first be given the opportunity to remanufacture the lenses, to either more suitable heights and Pupilary Distances, if this is deemed to be the problem causing the non tolerance, or to a different manufacturer of varifocal lens.

A refund or replacement will be issued to you following receipt by us of the returned goods in their original state of dispatch and in good working order. Such refund or replacement will be provided within 30 days of the date the returned goods are received.
